Just saved myself a 300 mile or so round trip to Gold Country to try to get some of their cards. I was just ready to leave (after talking my wife into a pleasent (?) drive) when I thought I'd had just better give them a call to be sure they were using these new cards.

Lo and behold, my intuition was correct. They haven't started to use them yet. So I guess I;ll have to wait another couple of weeks or so as I will give them a call periodically.

By that time, according to Pat's newsletter, Jackson should also have their cards available (even thouth the two casinos are in the opposite direction.)

Jackson Casino, although relatively quite close to Sacramento, is also an hour drive one way due to the winding roads---as if anyone really cares.

As Pat and most of you who have personally tried to get cards from Indian Casinos can testify, we never really know what we are going to come away with. Maybe one or maybe a whole bunch. Will let you know what happens after our return.
