Scott, very interesting, but the mystery deepens. The card issued from 5/96 to 12/96 is available from time to time, but the white card is not in anyone's collection. (As far as we know!) According to your post, it was issued on 10/94 and the Gold card came a year and a half after it. The only explanation I can think of is that the casino ordered the white card well in advance, but by the time they ran out of yellow cards (there were three issues of yellow cards) decided not to use the white card very long and ordered the gold. Is this right?
