For people who don’t live near casinos (or casinos that don’t change their cards often) we have to get our “fix” some other way.

I do get a thrill when I walk into Target/Wal-Mart and find a new card that I don’t have. It least when I pay $5 for a new gift card it’s worth the $5 I put on the card (the card is free).

It was the same way with phone cards back in the mid 90’s. At one time (1994) there were more phone card collectors in the USA than there are slot card collectors today. If you go overseas, there are still 10’s of thousands of phone card collectors!!
