Wow--looks like I got slammed. The guides were sold a few at a time, as I didn't print them. When you asked for one, it was the last of the bundle I had. I drove to Vegas to get another 20 from Steve. All I meant was if you wanted it at that time I had one left. I don't pressure people to buy them and I'll rerund your money. Send it back. It is a labor of love--not money. The little I make on them doesn't even cover the work I do daily and the hours spent in putting it together. I figure I make 2 cents a day on the book you bought from me. Just leave me out of your posts. And that is my 2 cents for today!
