I like to think blank cards are worth a little more. In Colorado we have some casinos that absolutely will not give out blanks - one even says an employee who gives out a blank card will be fired - wanna guess which one that is? Others will give you a blank of your level of play but not the higher levels. Others are nice and give them to you. Some that used to give you blanks, no longer will. I don't give up trying though. I especially look for someone new (and young) at the slot desk who may not know all the rules yet. I've never had any slot person talk to me about putting them on ebay.
