vol 4, number 3, 16 dec 2004, page 2,5,12,13 - cherokee casino - c,ok - white card w/five logos and the name in black/red, now has "multimedia games" logo on the obverse. replacement cards cost patron $1.00 each. and
northern quest a kalispel casino - a.h.,wa - the casino has installed multimedia games and has a "camas club" card that you can earn cash back! it's silver color with logo and words in black and white. regards, don phillips
