Never seen this one posted before, so I thought I'd add it to the site. Greektown casino experimented with their design about 1 1/2 years ago, and moved the arrows/mag stripe to a different place (see scan). It immediately caused customer confusion, and they pulled the cards and destroyed them. Only a small handful were issued I believe.
