I have a friend in the Ukraine that can from time to time send me some Russian and Ukraine cards. I was just wondering if anyone besides myself might be interested in foreign cards.

The problem is the cost per card would be between $9-$10 because of postage and money exchange fees. If you think you might be interested, send me an email and I will forward you a scan of a typical card.
