Box vs notebook??? I guess it's a personal choice. I will have mine in 9 pocket plastic sheets - they're a little loose so people can get them out easily - or you could put 2 or 3 in each pocket instead of just 1. You do have to be careful because the top ones can slip out easily if you tip the book too much. For traveling I have put a piece of heavy paper or saran wrap over that top edge to keep them in place. Or you can buy a zipper notebook and that works super for traveling to shows - I found a good deal on one at a garage sale a few years back - sure wish I would have gotten 2 or more of them at the time.
