Thanks, Larry. By the way, there's an easy way to refer to these cards without getting confused. Just remember that there are two kinds of cards of each type: Faraday (one with Holiday and one without)The cards with no manufacturers mark that list the casinos come only 2 ways: with Joliet (6 casinos listed) or without Joliet (5 Casinos listed.) The last type of Harrah's card with a city on the top left is the kind with the 1-800 on the reverse instead of all the different casinos and their phone numbers. These also come 2 ways with the bottom slogan "Know when to stop before you start" or "Bet with your head, not over it". Now, as I posted earlier, we have not confirmed all these types for every location, but we are fairly confident that this is the total number of possibilities!
