My Black Hawk, Central City, Atlantic City and Las Vegas cards have the cities in white but they're in the upper left corner (not the upper right). Las Vegas is further in from the left(about 1/2") than the other cities. In the purple strip, some say just Harrah's and some say Harrah's Casino Hotels.

The newer Total Rewards cards have "Gold" written below the black box in the center. I'll send you a scan of what I have.
