Jim - The ONE CLUB started doing this last fall. As far as I can tell all Mandalay Bay Resorts Casinos (soon to be MGM) now have the name on the left hand side of the card, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LUXOR. On the reverse you will also notice that the manufacturer has also changed from "cpi" to "plastic print-a-card". With the upcoming merger, I don't think that LUXOR will ever get the new cards.
