The description for 8th issue says:

"This set has four continents in background instead of 1 large globe"

That doesn't seem to describe the first card I showed and I still believe it's unlisted.

Regarding the diamond card shown, I read the catalog as saying 9th issue has no web address while 10th issue has web address. Is the diamond an exception to this? If so, suggest you say that in the note.

Regarding the last two cards, now that I look closely at the catalog wording, it appears these would be what you call 4th and 5th issues and I agree they are listed.

I know these comments sound very picky, but one of the biggest values of your reference book is to distinguish between two very similar cards. Keep up the good work, Pat! Hopefully, we will eventually have scans of every cards accessible on the www and that will help with some of the close calls.
