Jerry. I have a blank 1st issue. They do have a number on them (but no name) and I assume were used as temp cards until the owner went to the slot desk and sign up for a permanent card. I actually have 5 and all have been used some. I'll be glad to send you the best one. All my 2nd issues have names and account numbers on them.
