The card is blue like the 4th edition with the faint "B" background but this edition the BELTERRA
is a bigger and bolder gold lettering with the addition of "spa" added to casino resort.The reverse has "Feel like a winner" at the top as their new slogan.No mfg.
The gold level and platinum level cards have not yet changed.
