George and I have spoken privately on this matter. He thought it would be helpful to add 3 extras of a CA. card which others did/may not have. He however failed to include a note of his intentions.
I'm adding a new in transit rule to the RR-If you want to add a new card from your area you must add enough so that each person behind you gets one as a gift from you. You must also note what you are doing. Anything else will be considered duping the RR.
