I found these several weeks ago. The group consisted of four cards and two plastic key chain fobs. The two Bingo cards are the same. The two Captains cards have different backs. All four appear to have been trimmed to remove the names, or?

Can someone tell me what issue these are? Also, I may have missed it, but the punch cards are not listed as such.
