Halfway between the Dakota Magic Casino in Hutchison, ND and the Dakota Sioux Casino in Watertown, SD I made a stop on the morning of Wednesday, August 25th at the Dakota Connection Casino. I had stayed the previous night at Dakota Magic, and got to Connnection about 8:30 AM -- I had a lot of stops planned for that day. But when I got there, I found Dakota Connection was an overblown truck stop with a resturant on one side and a casino room (not too big) on the other. At the info booth in the middle, I found a lady who told me the casino didn't open until 9:00 AM. But she issued me a card, so I was able to get one without sitting there for a half hour. Great!
