The best moment of my trip out West was when I found a card on a machine at Jackpot Junction in Morton, Minnesota. The card, which looks to be designed for high rollers, is glittery gold overall with "Premium Players Club" and the casino logo in a shiny hologram print. The back is also glittery gold with no listed manufacturer. I only have this one example, no traders.
