Just received a spoof email looking to obtain account information. It looks quite carefully prepared (although still has weak spots) so if you are not paying attention you may get defrauded. The subject line is: "TKO Notice: Urgent Safeharbor Department Notice" . I have forwarded the email to spoof@ebay.com. Never leave any personal info at websites you access from unsolicited emails. In fact, considering that the website may download a virus, best not to click on the link at all.
