I found I have two of the blue front "Fun Card" from Casino Aztar in Evansville, Indiana that have slightly different backs, and they are shown here. These are variations that would be very hard to describe to anyone. Take note of the position and the start of the lines of the last paragraph. On Scott's Card Gallery, there is shown a third variety of card reverse that does not match either of these two.
