I got this card at the convention, but although it says it is the property of "Rewards Club 101" in Petaluma, CA, I can't find a listing for that in the 2004 American Casino Guide or find this card under "Rewards Club 101" or "Club 101" in the card gallery on Scott's website. Does the casino go under a different name?
