....when it's regarding stock, but I don't believe that is so when it is related to casino items--especially if one has not only an inside informant but an ally as well.

Here is a situaltion whereas all employees at the card desk were told not to give out any VIP blank cards. Well, we all know that policy is violated all the time. In fact, I do know of one person that has a blank card of all four levels. But I don't know of anyone as yet that even has a complete set of 12 with names on them--even me-- (although I am aware of 1 that is pretty close.)

Shown here is a complete set of BLANK pearl level cards ( each card representing a chinese New Year.) Hopefully, if I'm lucky enough, a set of Ruby and Jade will be forthcoming.
