I spent Wednesday last week at the Blair House trading during the day, went to the convention banquet, and then traded after the meal. On Thursday I scoured the dealer's room for friends and cards, and then the next few days were spent driving around getting cards and putting quarters in video poker machines. I made it to the Las Vegas Hilton on Sunday and saw the signs for the new slot card as I walked through the casino for the card booth. Word was that the Las Vegas Hilton changed hands and the card system went into effect at midnight on Thursday. The new cards they were to use were not going to come in until Tuesday, so they were using these plain white cards on which the player's name and account number were imprinted, and then a logo sticker was attached. I made sure to get a bunch of extras, as I hope this will be a good trader. It was only used for a short time, and it was a very pleasent surprise to find a new card where I didn't expect it!
