...hand me a card and they were happy about it. While that sometimes happened with the keys, too often they weren't too excited about giving me a room key, even when they were being generously tipped in the process Places like the Luxor and Sahara were very kind while the Venetian, Palazzo, and surprisingly Excalibur were impossible and at NYNY it seemed like one of the registration clerks wanted to spit in my face.
