Gary: The Iowa boats used to have the "Maximum loss per trip" rule, and gave you a coupon sheet you had to use to buy tokens or chips. Once the sheet was used up, you could not buy any more tokens or chips after your limit until the next cruise. They rescinded that rule after the business complained the Illinois boats across the river didn't have the same rules and were at an unfair advantage at getting business.
