I stopped by The Orleans several nights ago and asked about their "Spa-aaah" room key and was it in-use yet. The answer was Yes, the key is now part of their cycle.
As a reminder, I first mentioned the existence of this key in mid-August, 2009. I don't know why the boxes of keys have been withheld from use all this time, but they are now being used.
