He sent an email to me slightly over two weeks ago stating that he found the envelope of replacement keys (that I never received) between the seats of his truck and apologized. Like a fool, I thought he would send them out after finding them. On 10/31 after STILL not receiving the items, I emailed him and told him that the items still had not been received and I was done. I left him negative feedback for both items on eBay. He flipped out and emailed me, insisting I remove the negative feedback. I chose to ignore the email.
Tonight I received the following from him (edited for obvious reasons)...
"So you are gonna stand silent............. Thats fine, I will live....... But, you gotta sleep with it....... I hope you have one hell of a heart attack and die..... Because you know I did the right thing and sent your cards, and I refunded you on top of that............. So, I am gonna pray that you Rot your sorry DELETED in hell you piece of DELETED Mother DELETED........... Lets see if I can get some response out of you now........ You DELETED up old Mother DELETED.....I know more about you than you will ever know......... You will Die a natural long drawn out Death...............Pieces of DELETED like you always pays for thier wrongs.................. I know I did right......... and you tried to kill me on Ebay, and you basically did...... But, I have it covered.......Your nothing but a piece of Buzzard Puke.............. I will always remember the name Silva........ and always will wish that you Die a slow slow slow death........ Your a dirty dirty no good DELETED DELETED "
I just got off the phone with the eBay Trust and Safety Department. Hopefully they will take action against this type of thing.
