I've mentioned mail problems here on the message board before, but here's a perfect example of why you really should put some kind of protection (cardboard, etc) in an envelope to protect keys when mailing them. Based upon prior shipments from this seller, it's safe to say that the keys were simply floating loose in the envelope. As you can see from the scan, not only did I not receive the keys (hence the USPS stamp "Received Without Contents"), but I didn't even receive the entire envelope. The stamping on the outside of the envelope was done at either the local Post Office or earlier in the process, therefore there's a chance the original damage occurred in Las Vegas.
At least the picture is good for a laugh.
What you see is exactly what I received, except for the blacking out of the address (done digitally).
