Caesars in Las Vegas was using this new gold room key if you checked in through the VIP Lounge last month. I don't see this key at all in Jim's book... note it does not say WELCOME on the front. There are two types of backs and two different shades of metallic gold on these cards.

I have no extra VIP LOUNGE types to trade; however, I do have an extra boxing hologram room key from Caesars. Would like to trade for slot cards from outside Nevada.
