I mentioned emailing another seller (not the Borgata seller) regarding a shipment I received. The good news in this particular case is that the seller contacted me and said he would be sending the missing keys. He was very nice in his response. When the keys arrive, I plan on leaving positive feedback since he handled the matter in an acceptable manner.
