Back around Dec-Jan I ran into an issue with another eBay seller (kgreen2861) who was selling Palms slot cards. I later found out he was using what he described as "stock photos" and shipped totally different slot cards from what was pictured in the auction. He didn't think it was all that big a deal that he shipped something totally different from what was pictured in the auction photos even though he never mentioned the fact. Luckily in my instance I still needed the cards he sent and they were worth much more than what I thought I was bidding on. So in effect he cut his own throat. Worse thing is that he used my comments about him mailing me more valuable cards in his next auction listings! But he continues to use what he calls "stock photos" for collectible items but at least he mentions the fact in the listings now, so beware.
