Hello - This is a dutch auction which is why you are asked when you bid how many keys that you want. It is also mentioned in the auction
"THERE ARE FOUR AVAILBLE FOR SALE - BUY AS MANY AS YOU WANT!!!" Also, when you bid, there is a line by the price that states how many are remaining. All four keys were sold to four different buyers. You can also read the EBAY policy on Dutch auctions. Thanks for your purchase.
