T,Jerry in Wis.is correct,the card with the "B" is the newer card.This issue also has the new gold level card as well as a new platinum level card all with the"B" on it.You probably have the 3rd edition price guide,the new 4th edition has the new cards listed as 4th issue and the card with the Blue stripes as the 3rd issue.
While we are on Belterra,check your price guide and make this change:The 1st edition gold{brown} card has"winning is just beginning"on the reverse.The 2nd issue should have "raise your expectations" on reverse.
